I sold my house from out of state. My real estate agent had no say as to who would handle the settlement. McGeachy, et al was selected by the buyer. Worst experience ever! The original settlement date was missed due to the individual at this firm not completing the deed search. Turns out there are three attorneys relying on ONE person doing the deed searches. Then there was the failure to release and send the settlement funds in a timely manner...five days post-settlement!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
