Unprepared and disinterested would be the key words I would use for the legal services provided by Mr. Null. He spent very little time on my case - I felt I had to hound him to get him to even talk to the other lawyer. I had to force him to meet with me the afternoon prior to 3rd party mediation, and when I met with Mr. Null he had one single page of paper in my folder.
He has had my case for over a year and has still yet to do anything with my case.
I hired Mr. Null as my lawyer in 2009 he continually continued my case assuring me that it was in my best interest. He missed my court date and i when i was pulled over later I found out that here was a failure to appear and was arrested. I paid a $400 bond. He assured me that he would take care of the subsequent court dates but never did. The case was settled late and i had to forfeit the bond and pay the $500 in court cost.
