I left a review here of Mr Nance on June 4th of this year. I told of his refusal to communicate regarding our case, and despite several written promises to refund the $500 he owes us because the case never materialized, We have not received a thing. He even responded on here at one point saying he would return the money. He is quire simply a liar. If Mr Nance sees fit to keep his promise and refund my $500 I will remove this review. If not I will periodically keep on letting people know what kind of lawyer Kurt Nance is.
When you have to evict a tenant it is a stressful situation. Hiring a lawyer is supposed to ease some of that stress. Hiring Mr Nance did not alleviate any stress. He piled it on. We went for a consultation which she said would be $150. We decided to hire him and gave him a $750 deposit. He said if we did not need to go through with the eviction process we would be get a $500 refund. We agreed. There were several times in the following weeks that I needed my lawyers advice, but I never got a response. Mr. Nash left me 2 email addresses that were returned undeliverable 60 days later, the tenant moved out. We contacted Mr Nance and he promised via phone, and email that he would mail it immediately. Its been a month. Mr Nance is simply a conman. Takes your money, then ghosts you. One shouldn't have to take your lawyer to court, you know? Avoid this man like the plague
