Hired Attorney

Although I know a guardian ad litem is required by the courts during incompetency. I understand these fees are set by the clerk of court was charged 4000 and $200 for supposedly 30 hours of work. I could see maybe the 10 or 12 but what do I know? I’m just a trash man.
