Sean H. Joyner, partner in the Joyner Law Firm, has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Sean is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of Northern Georgia, the Federal District Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the Joyner Law Firm, Sean served as the Assistant Solicitor General for the Clayton County Judicial Circuit. In addition to his law degree, he also holds a Bachelors of Integrative Studies with an emphasis in Law from Clayton College and State University. Sean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Clayton County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Sean currently practices in the area of criminal defense as well as civil litigation and juvenile law.

Mr. Joyner is truly a lifesaver. He is very communicative, reliable, affordable, very understanding, and will fight for you until the very last day in court. He is very knowledgeable in his career and he definitely knows exactly what to say and what he's doing in the courtroom. The best money I ever spent in my life. Honestly to me he's the best lawyer in Clayton County.

I would highly recommend The Joyner Law Firm! I needed some help with a friend who was having legal problems & he instantly answered my questions & helped me with the information I needed. He wasn't asking for anything in return & said if the advise that he gave did not help in court that I could call him right away & he would help me. I am so thankful to him that he was willing to help someone in need without asking for something in return. I can tell he sincerely wants to help. Thank you Sean!

I'll start by saying that Sean has stood by me and my family multiple times over the past 5 or 6 years and we highly recommend him. From Criminal Defense, to DUI, to drug possession, Sean had kept me out of jail every time. He has defended me in Clayton county, Newton county, Fulton county, and Henry county. He highly exceeds my expectations everytime we get in front of the judge and he starts arguing my case. If you want an aggressive attorney with lots of compassion then Sean hire Sean!

BETTER CALL SEAN! Had a few negative experiences with lawyers prior to him so I was hesitant to trust him at first. However, he has more than earned my family & I's trust on numerous occasions throughout the years. Not only have I used his services numerous time over the years, so has my family member & he saved the both of us from prison time. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for him. We got him forever!

We used Sean Joyner for three different legal matters and found he and the other members of the law firm incredible. They were always there to answer any and all our concerns. Sean made us feel that were very important and was able to clear all charges in both cases in record time and take care of the traffic violation as well. We would not hesitate to use the firm again.
