Hired Attorney

Mr. Liston did absolutely no work on my case. Just pushed me to accept a plea deal. I paid him $7500 for nothing. Would have been better off with a public defender. I thought I was getting 12 months probation but I really got three 12 months run consecutive so three years probation. He literally spent 5 minutes on my case talking to the judge to get me a nolo plea the dds is even going to accept. Very disappointed. He talked a good game, but did not produce results.
