About Mark Murphey Henry

Mark M. Henry is a Registered Patent Attorney admitted to practice in six states - Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Kentucky, and Missouri. He attended Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (J.D., with honors; LL.M., Agricultural Law). Mark is a professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law, teaching Agricultural Biotechnology in the Master’s of Law program. His primary focus is complex federal litigation involving intellectual property law and agricultural issues. He represents universities and corporate clients but also defends merchandise vendors in infringement lawsuits concerning patents, trademarks, copyrights, and computer software. Mark has been lead counsel in more than 100 federal lawsuits spanning 10 different states, as both plaintiff and defense counsel.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Henry was very professional and, while conducting work on my behalf, exhibited impeccable integrity. He always treated me with the highest respect and courtesy. Mr. Henry was available even while vacationing in order to meet a very important deadline. I would definitely recommend Mr. Henry to others. He is most certainly a fine example for the legal profession.

Mark is an outstanding Attorney, He is prompt, straight to the point, excellent at negotiating deals. My case was dealt with promptly in a timely manner. Mark's Attorney fees were worth every penny. He is good value, I didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of. (I am from Australia, sad to say, but we have cut-and-paste type of Lawyers here. Mark needs to come over here and re-train them !! Mr. Henry possessed a thorough understanding of the issues involved in our situation. He worked diligently to achieve the desired outcome for us.
