Hornsey Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Fayetteville, AR. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, criminal defense, probate and 10 other areas of law.
Mr. Hornsey is an outstanding attorney. He is a well-established lawyer in the NWA area and gets good results. But he does not curry fools, either other lawyers or even people trying to hire him. People do not seem to understand if you want good legal representation you’re going to have to pay for it. Lawyers are not in the business of just doing what they do to make everyone happy. It is their job and they are making a living at it. If you are a potential client you need to realize a few things. First of all, you are not the only client. Second, if you have unclean hands in your case, you are going to have manage your expectations. Third, even if you are 100% in the right and your significant other is the worst person on the planet, you will still have to be patient if you want a good result in your case. Mr. Hornsey got a great result in my case. Not sure what some of these other posters did or didn’t do or what their issues are. But he did a great job on the case he worked for me.
The prior descriptions of him "lacks professionalism", "good ole boy" "concerned about his ethical standards" are spot on. Hes a mysoginist scoundrel. Preys on weakness of women, has no scrupels . I wouldnt use him to get custody of my dog. The fact that he advertises himself as an adoption attorney is truly frightening.
Lacks professionalism. I would not want to depend on an attorney who rails a client seeking his help in a consult visit, and then does not return calls.
Thought this would be a great experience. Started out very good at communicating, told us that he would have something written up by the end of the week. 4 months later and no communications returned. Several emails and calls sent with no response. Very disappointed.
he was awful and don't give him your money. he wont talk to yu and he will charge nyou and laugh all the way to the bank with your money and he is a big fat fat good ole boy that sucks and shouoldn't be a lawyer
