Herb has been my attorney for going on 5 years. I more than trust Herb with any and all of my legal matters . When I first met Herb I was broke from a custody battle and fighting a criminal case not to mention facing prison. He took my case pro bono due to the sheer injustice I was facing. Never has Herb failed me. He is always reliable. When we are in court we are always first up. Herb is a down to earth, respectful, logical man who knows his job and the legal system very well.
Nice guy. Knows his stuff. Laid back. Cats in office are huge.
Herbert Southern is a poor excuse for a lawyer. He will leave you sitting in the court room on your court date wondering where your attorney is because he has forgot or he is running way late. He will not explain anything to you about your case nor will he answer your phone calls or return any phone calls. If Herbert has done anything for me at all, he has hurt my case more than anything. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Do yourself a favor and do not call Herb , he is worthless!
Herbert southern will not answer the phone, does not reply to text messages, misses court dates and is often late. Our new attorney told us that there is no record of him filing any motions on our behalf, he lied to us about everything! When my husband confronted him about it all he hung up in his face. He's an UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHOVELED and DISHONEST THEIF. please do not entrust him with your case and future. He had no interest in representing us in a honorable Way.
