Mrs. Brooks is being an angel! She is very professional and kind. Always explaining me the process and helping communicating my needs to work compensation adjuster. Is a very difficult situation when we don’t know what to do and we are injured and in pain. I’m thankful for her guidance and Her team are very professional and efficient.

She never gets back to you. She has a secretary that thinks she is the Lawyer and there fore she want's to be the one to tell you what to do. She never does what she say's she is going to do. It is like she is working for the Other side and not for you! She likes to use the scare tactics on you. Like you probably won't win<< But we can try to settle with at least a little in your pocket.

She never answers your calls and never returns them. after over a year of getting the run around i fired her. now she is refusing to give my new attorney my file so that we can actually get something done. if you need an attorney for workers compensation do not use this woman. she does not have your interests in mind!

horrible attorney! Will not answer your calls or return them! The two secretary's in the office tell you what to do but they don't know anything. Finally after a year I fired her. Then she refused to send my file over to my new attorney which makes me think she is hiding something. It truly does feel like this woman is working against you!

I do return all my calls although it may be on a weekend or at night if I have had hearings or clients all day. I know that this client was unhappy because the insurance company would not respond to our settlement demand. The file was provided as requested
