Hired Attorney

Nothing good to say about Nicole McBride. She used to work for DCFS and clearly has issues from her work there. She seems to have a vendetta against anyone accused of anything, regardless of how exaggerated or embellished or dishonest tye claim is. My ex lied about me multiple times and Nickls took her side and advocated for her even after everyone else proved I was right. She has clear bias. She is supposed to take kids side but clearly sint interested in the kids. She charges for everything, too. She carries for reading emails that she never addresses. She is supposed to help make decisions but does not. She is more worried about her tesla and billing for everything than she is about the well being of children. Her billable hours might be reasonable, but not when you get bills for hundreds of dollars for just reading a single string of emails. Do not hire this person. She is a terrible lawyer who should go back to DCFS so she cant hurt kids. DCFS is a joke. We expect more of lawyers.

Do not let this person around your family, especially your children. She will not read your emails, but she will bill you for reading every little digit. She does not get all the facts, but she charges more than any other "professional" I have worked with in family law. She will not take a position or make a recommendation unless it favors the mother, even if the mother is emotionally abusing the kids and causing havoc on the community to feed mommy's vanity. Her bias makes her credibility zero. Do NOT, under any circstances, use her for anything other than a case study in bad legal practices how to legally steal from clients, and terrible support to children and families. She is worthless and counter productive. She causes more harm than good b she actually changed my family dynamics for the worse and caused damage to my family. All she cares about, and her history at DCFS speaks mountains since DCFS is a terrible organization that causes more harm to society and our children. Beware.

Nicole Mcrbride charged the most amount of money for the least amount of work possible. Nicole failed to read to DCFS reports that I emailed to her including one with supported finding of abuse. Nicole very unprofessional interviewed 3 of the 4 children involved in the case in earshot, in the home of a parent that has been reported by the children in DCFS and police reports to be retaliatory, dishonest and abusive. When confronted about the seeming unprofessionalism of those interviews was able to simply state something to the effect of 'the children seemed safe.' When considering a choice of schooling Nicole did not consider the fact that two of the children should have been expelled from the school in question for 27 and 20 abscences most of which ocurred under the other guardians inability to get them to school separate any health issues. The bottom line is that I was billed for Nicole's reputation that was unwarranted by her performance.

Hired Attorney

Horrible. This attorney used to take people's kids from them working for DCFS, the CASA, Guardian at Litem, and even is partnered with an adoption agency. She is a court appointed attorney so that it's a for sure win for the state. Do not be coerced into the 34 E clause. It will still show the horrific allegations and if she says your criminal won't roll into your child's case guess again. She has no integrity as far as I'm concerned and works with her coworkers of the state making the end result a win for the state for funding. That's how they get you. You yearn for your child for false allegations and give in to get them faster. She is being reported to the bar and an ineffective counsel. Warning check your representations background don't make the same mistake I did. I'd done better by myself then this employee of the state. Davis County pays her what's that tell you.. Good luck run the other way. Invoking my freedom of speech right.
