Ms. Yoder was great at helping me through my child custody case. She understood all the things i was hoping for and did not sugar coat anything. She was straight to the point and informed me if something seemed unreasonable. She is fierce and very helpful. Things were done quickly and promptly. I enjoyed having her as my counsel. If i ever need an attorney again, she is someone that i would not hesitate to call.
I used Ms. Yoder for my divorce. She, and her staff are wonderful. She negotiated a settlement far better than I thought was possible! Also, her fee was more than fair! This lawyer, and her team are incredible!
Had a bad attitude with me the whole time and just for one court date and she lost Charged the full 5000 there was no communication simply I do not recommend.
Worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. Never returns phone calls and always dodges communication by using her inept assistant. Yoder shows up late for court appointments and actually smelled of alcohol on one occasion in which not only myself, but others noticed as well. Horrible lawyer, I should have reported her to the NM state bar.
