Ralph verbally promised me he would win my case and, "get you some money". In my contract with him it stated he could keep my fee whether he won or lost. He lost. He kept my money. It cost me a lot of money for nothing despite his verbal guarantee.

Hired Ralph Keen for personal injury case. Negative experience all around. Quality of service and communication in particular was very poor. I would not hire or recommend Ralph again.

Do not hire Ralph Keen for personal injury. Terrible experience. You need to call him, he won’t call you. Should have chosen a different attorney

Hired Attorney Ralph Shantz Keen III

I’ve hired Ralph Keen for personal injury case. From my experience, he promises in the beginning but doesn’t deliver results. Communicate is terrible at best. The most shocking are the inconsistencies between conversations and lack of attorney guidance and direction. Untrustworthy attorney. He talks a big game- and confused my case with others- realized this during conversation as he references facts that didnt apply to my case. Do yourself a favor, select another attorney!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
