As principal and founder of Ayar Law, Venar Ayar resolves complex IRS and Michigan tax matters for businesses and individuals. His extensive experience spans tax audits, back tax settlements, payment plan negotiations, tax lien and levy releases, criminal tax fraud defense, and foreign bank account compliance.
A metro Detroit native, Venar returned to open a tax problem resolution practice when he saw the alarming number of taxpayers struggling due to a downturn in the local economy. He saw there were few qualified and ethical Michigan tax resolution lawyers, but an abundance of scam artists who were taking advantage of taxpayers who needed help.
Before founding Ayar Law, Venar served as a tax attorney at RJS Law, southern California's largest tax firm, following several successful years as a solo tax practitioner in metro Detroit. His professional background extends beyond legal practice—he has owned and operated various small businesses, including an accounting and tax preparation service, supermarkets, and a hotel. This firsthand business experience informs his practical approach to resolving tax challenges for entrepreneurs and business owners.
