I hired Attorney Merlanti and I was not pleased with his service. He appeared to be knowledgeable about the eviction process but did not convey my information to the CERA lawyer as he should have. He made an unprofessional comment regarding my birth name - ethnicity. He did not listen to my concerns regarding the case and accepted information from the opposing counsel that I did not agree to. He also stated numerous time we were smart and educate as if we were not expected to be. It was not a good experience in the end. We ended up obtaining a judgement in our favor on our own. Waste of money.
