Hired Attorney

This was my 2nd the hiring David and this time was for a lien issue. Some contractor wrongfully put a lien on my property after I fired them. Thankfully David and Tom were there for me to take care of this matter for me. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained my options and what their plan was. The other party was difficult to deal with but Tom and David were determined to get the best outcome possible which they eventually did after several weeks of back and forth. It feels good to have David, Tom and their team on my side. PLUS: they offer flexible payments options which can be a huge break. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

Hired Attorney

I gave him money for a probate problem I needed help with he did not perform the service I wanted nor did he complete the service I hired him to perform. He was very condescending and rude. I wouldn’t recommend him or his law firm for any issue that an attorney would be hired help with.

This person retained this firm for a probate action. She informed us of her tax foreclosure MONTHS after the court approved her as the personal representative. We referred her to the County to get on a payment plan. Sounds like she failed on the plan.
