Bad lawyer. He was recommended to me by a friend of a friend to review my rental contract. He is definitely not up on tenant law and apparently not detail-oriented to find what another lawyer found quickly (and did not charge me for, by the way). His email correspondences were very unprofessional - littered with sentence fragments, no greeting/signature, and often barely intelligible. He made my bad financial situation worse by his poor advise and I'm considering further action.
