This guy drafted a will for my deceased mother. Unfortunately he never revised her living trust. Now some of the beneficiaries under the will get nothing because he didn't understand that trusts and wills are NOT the same thing and changing one doesn't change the other. Was he asleep when they taught trusts in law school? Don't use this guy and he charges $300 an hour to screw things up!
