Mr. Powers is an experienced litigator as well as a transactional attorney. Mr. Powers serves as outside general counsel to over 100 businesses located through the United States at any given time. Counsel ranges from compliance and mitigation issues to prevent litigation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigation as a last resort. Rob provided great legal representation to our non-profit organization in defending us on an intellectual property/copyright infringement case. From start to finish he was able to get the case settled in under three months for an affordable amount and avoid protracted litigation. He and his team worked very efficiently within our budget.
