I do not recommend Nana Babington as a lawyer and I would rate her 0 if I could. She has failed my citizenship case, even though it was an easy one if applied at the right time. Because I was away from the US for 10 months during the past 5 years, I needed an attorney to give me a legal advice on when I should apply for my US Citizenship. So, on October 2019, I scheduled a PAID telephone appointment with Ms. Babington regarding this matter where she advised that I was already eligible to apply for US Citizenship. Further, I made the FULL payment (both the application fee and attorney fees) and she filed my case. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my interview I understood that being away from the States for 10 months I have broken the continuous residency requirement and as a result my case will be denied. The denial letter clearly explained that in case of absence over 6 months one must have some ties with the USA (either have an immediate family member residing in the USA, or be employ
