Hired Attorney Dirk McClanahan

Working with Dirk McClanahan at McClanahan Powers, PLLC made a very stressful case much more tolerable. Dirk took the time to explain every step of my case from start to and gave me an idea what was coming next. Every time I was nervous and had any questions or wanted an update, everyone at McClanahan Powers was extremely responsive. Rob Powers was also a huge help at the start of my case until Dirk took over. Overall I’m very happy with McClanahan Powers and would easily recommend them to anyone looking for representation from a group that will take the time to get to know you and your needs.

Hired Attorney Dirk McClanahan

After experiencing a very difficult personal situation I wasn't sure what to do or what my legal options were. After speaking with a few other attorneys I came across Mr. McClanahan. Not only did he clearly explain my legal options in laymans terms establishing a clear understanding of each, he also gave me in-depth understanding of the ramifications each choice might have. He was professional while remaining friendly and attentative, often times attorneys can be pushy or confusing-- Mr. McClanahan was none of that. As I took my time weighing my options and making a decision Mr. McClanahan always made himself available for questions, answering each promptly and completely. Once my decision was made, Mr. McClanahan expertly laid out the legal tactic he was taking, timeframe, possible hurdles, and what action he needed me to take. The results of the litigation were BETTER than I had hoped. I highly recommend Mr. McClanahan for any legal matter and he will be my first call in the future.
