When I FIRST hired Mr. Pryba in 2013 to help with my bicycle automobile accident, in which I was on my bike and hit by an automobile, he was a RESPONSIBLE lawyer. AFTER we WON our automobile accident suit in 2018, he BECAME IRRESPONSIBLE! He STILL has my judgment money that was sent him by GEICO Insurance. I have called him multiple times at his office, on his cell phone, including emailing him and texting him with NO RESPONSE to ANY of my REQUESTS. On November 12, 2020, I called him AGAIN, leaving a message, that I needed to have the remaining $10 thousand dollars. In addition, I also informed Mr. Pryba that I will be reporting him to the Virginia State Bar Association. After waiting a two weeks, it is now November 30, 2020, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM! Unfortunately, HE has FORCED me into FILING a LEGAL COMPLAINT against him, Mr. Dennis E. Pryba II with the Virginia State Association.
