I want a lawyer who is ready to fight like I am. Diane didn't even come close to slightly being on the same level as me. When asked word for word "are you ready to fight this case and file paperwork or do I need a new lawyer" she responds with "I'll file my withdrawal" ......wow super impressive way to show you are a good lawyer. You had me deny fighting when I shouldn't have and now weeks later not a damn thing has changed. You miserably failed at even the smallest attempt in making any changes to this case. I followed every direction for everything to you in a timely manner and you Superbowl style dropped the ball big time. Completely unimpressed do not recommend she apparently needs to retire as she doesn't care to be a lawyer anymore from the actions she shows.

She doesn't care. She won't fight for your rights. She won't make any attempts towards anything positive. Her family life is too busy for her to properly and professionally fight any case. She proved in her actions and words she would rather side with the state and work with them instead of fight them like supposedly is her job. Do not recommend at all you will get no where fast if you have her as a lawyer. Weeks now and nothing has changed. Disgusting honestly the lack of caring for her cases.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
