My husband of 42 yrs and myself tried to express our concerns regarding the renting neighbor guys TIKTOKS he produced and published of us Seniors and the numerous comments left of how he could kill me. This was extremely frightening and we attempted to speak with James Berg pacificly to help us in November 2022. We were denied access to him, with the Court staff informing us that he refused to meet with us elderly folks. Moreover we received ZERO help. Though the renting neighbor guy, with his 3 surveillance cameras recording us inside and outside our home 24/7, being Military Trained, an employee of Watonwan Sheriff's Department was able to conference with James Berg at his beck-in-call and is described by the Courts as being a "victim" I trespassed July 25, 2022 and spoke to his puppy (No TRP signs were posted) Police were contacted by the guy renting next door and alledged that he's afraid of me. I'm 62 yrs old, and a Grandmother of four! He's the only man on earth afraid of me!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
