I went with KNR due to the responsiveness and the reviews at the beginning. But here we are almost 2 years later of a rear ending car accident and I have had little to no communication. I was told my demand was sent out in February. They told me anywhere from 30-60 days for a response. I check in, no response. I call, no answer or call back. Fast forward to May. I ask for an update and they tell me the adjuster has requested more information and the demand hasn’t been sent out. Even though I was told in February everything was complete and they sent it out. Here we are in June and still haven’t heard anything since the beginning of May. I’ve reached out multiple times.

My first experience with this lawyer firm was that they are sharks looking for a fast payday. They do not care about the small guy whatsoever. The woman fielding the calls had no compassion and the second she sees it’s not gonna be a big payday. She tells you to call the Bar Association that you’re not financially viable for their firm. These are lawyers that make you hate lawyers.. how they got these good reviews as beyond me. I had nothing but a bad experience. It would never recommend this firm. The lady literally said they can’t do nothing with me unless I have a catastrophic injury. Like loss of an organ or a limb or even death. That’s simply ridiculous. Is this woman a fortuneteller? Does she even know what’s truly wrong with me? No she doesn’t. I think this firm is unprofessional and doesn’t care about the small people. My first call and only call to these lawyers was disappointing. Unless there’s blood in the water, these sharks won’t represent you.

This attorney group had my case for 2 years and withdrew as my counsel without informing me months ago. I am now 2 weeks before statute of limitations will prevent me from suing responsible party. BUYER BEWARE

I was being bounced from one attorney to another (5 different lawyers and 6 paralegals in total) After being unable to contact my then 3rd attorney and paralegal, I was told by a secretary that they both had left the firm, and someone else would be handling my case. I was told that the firm would never take more money than their client, and that they would do their best to recover all losses that I had suffered including holding the responsible party accountable for my medical bills; all of which was untrue. They recommended that I go on Medicaid and try to have them pay my medical bills. They were sent itemized lists of my bills that they promised to negotiate; they failed to accomplish that. When it was all said and done, they took more than I did, failed to negotiate numerous bills that I ultimately paid out of pocket, and to this day are still holding thousands of dollars of my payout that they refuse to send. At the end of the day, I paid to be injured by a minor driver.

Terrible at communicating!! Unethical business practices, over committed to under performing. Exuberant paralegal’s & attorney fees, extremely slow payments. They received our judgment payment and withheld and still haven’t paid to date. Do not recommend and our opinion is that they are unable to deliver their commitment to customers. STAY AWAY!!!
