Hired Attorney

My mom asked me to write this review on her behalf because of a language barrier.Mom called Rodriguez & Porter,LTD spoke w/a lady who speaks Spanish,mom explained to her that she needed a legal document that was legally valid in El Salvador & mom explained what the document was for to avoid any confusion.On 12/3/24,mom gave the law firm the amount of money required to begin the legal process & after they gave her the document she made the final payment.Mom sent the document done by Rodríguez & Porter,LTD to the attorney helping her in El Salvador,he told her that the document was not valid in El Salvador.Mom has called Rodriguez & Porter,LTD 6 times & no one has had the courtesy to call her back.Mom asked me to call,but said that once I told them that she's my mom they wouldn't talk to me/call me back if I left a voicemail.They've not called us back, it has been almost 2wks of my call & 1 mo. of mom's calls.Mom wants others to know how this law firm treats pple they deemed easy targets
