Mr. Marr was extremely accurate in his description of how the process would unfold and what I should expect. From the beginning he laid out the position that we would take and the result that he felt we would get if my civil action went to court. He was spot on. Mr. Marr has a vast knowledge of condominium law. I highly recommend Mr. Marr.
Bill Marr ethics are questionable, Mr. Marr embraces actions of his HOA clients who make accusations to intimidate parties to withdraw complaints. Those actions include accusations watching children like pedophile, harassing families, contacting the police, hacking emails and shutting down his clients website. Marr claims homeowners submit improper documents since documents don’t support his position. Bill ignores his concerns choose sides in order to make quick buck he is a vulcher. Bill fails to sign contracts with his own clients and then encourages his client to sign them in closed sessions. Marr’s own partner attorney left him. Stay away.
You'll call and call you will leave your number and name for them to get back to you and they never do. Personally I think this law firm is nothing but a bunch of shysters. Hold on to your wallets folks because they'll probably rob you harder than anyone else on the street. Totally unprofessional zero communication skills absolute zero stars out of five.
