Facing bleak prospects following a DWI arrest I put my trust in Scott Surovell. Long story short, prosecution was forced to drop charges after Scott raised inconsistencies casting doubt on the eventual outcome of my case. At expungement hearing prosecution opposed my petition but Scott dismantled opposing argument in short order leaving prosecution without an effective rebuttal. Judge ruled in our favor.
