Hired Attorney Mr. Richard Gardiner

1st case: Missed Filing Date to file case so our claim was lost forever due to statute of limitations, yet he charged $1000 of dollars to try and salvage his mistake. But to no avail. Appeals court ruled in governments favor.
2nd case: In spite of promise to do so, he failed to put on any defense rebuttal expert witness to governments false accusations at trial. Thus Federal judge ruled in favor of the government. Resulting in lost of our FFL and closure of business. Then sued us for his fees!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
