This guy cannot be a lawyer. . Poor knowledge, poor manners, I am not sure what this person really does. Stay away.
Think before you act consumers on this decision. Any Plaintiffs with tort and/or civil causes of action (like we were when we retained this bad actor) should back away from retaining Philip J. Walsh & Associates PC. Why was he unsuitable and/or unqualified and/or biased against plaintiffs who have suffered significant injurious loss and damages that renders him UNFIT to be retained is well detailed below. We are the same plaintiffs who in 2006 overturned a Virginia private noxious nuisance precedent with our co-counsel Brian Alexander and plaintiff's wife (JD) who wrote the appellate briefs that overturned Smith v. Holt (1939). Despite the Virginia High Court finding in our favor, we trusted Walsh Esq. (WALSH had NOTHING TO DO with our appeals success) to handle the trial at Fairfax Circuit Court. Worst mistake of this litigation process. Walsh is not only corrupt; at trial ge lunched daily w/defense counsel ag. our-interests. We lost everything,& sued 4 atty fees prepaid b4 trial
