Beneficiary language needs to be rewritten as it’s written incorrectly and she’s not willing to update it so easily. You need to read the beneficiary language a zillion times to understand that if your siblings die with no children then the money skips you and goes to your children. I’d request simplistic language and understand she wants to quickly sell you the template and move on as fast as possible.
