We had a great experience working with Mr. McClafferty. Mr. McClafferty got into every little detail of our case, and presented the matter in a truly professional way. We were appealing several violation notices that our HOA’s Architectural Committee sent us regarding our property. Mr. submitted a letter of appeal on our behalf to the Board. We won both cases.
He has had all elements of good lawyers( knowledge, commitment and responsibility etc. Most of all he maintained high standard of ethical and spiritual professionalism during whole process of my trial, in addition to his all other qualities.
I can give you a number of reasons to avoid Lawrence. Communication skills were terrible. He regularly did not communicate with us, return emails, follow up when he said he would or return phone calls. Throughout he seemed to show little interest in our case. He made a number of recommendations, but nearly every one cost us financially or strategically. He failed to argue a fundamental aspect of our case which was critical to us losing. He was recommended to us by a different attorney at his firm, but I cannot make the same recommendation.
