I have been through the worst of nightmares with regards to the Estate of my Mother, I have been to court represented by Mr. Peterson on 4 occasions and prevailed in each suit. It is fair and decent and you can rely on his guidance and trust his judgment. He is an excellent litigator and will tell you straight and truthfully what your position is. I believe George Peterson is cocky, dishonest, self described 'mean as sh$$', sloppy, refused to loop me in on my case, sometimes reacted immediately otherwise responded never, quit my case for no provocation except that he fell behind on my case and blamed me including disaparaging me to opposing counsel when I then had to represent myself pro se to work out of a Motion to Compel he had caused 100%. He left me with a tight timeline, precious little preparation despite my doing all the case legwork, and no attorneys willing to step in effectively as co-counsel until a signed Court order that he was off the case.
