I specialize in employment law, employment litigation, civil litigation and representing homeowners with disputes against the Homeowners Associations. My employment law practice covers numerous topics and areas including but not limited to non-competition agreements, Title VII litigation, severance negotiations, wage disputes, age discrimination, race discrimination and gender discrimination. I enjoy effectively negotiating solutions but I am always prepared to vigorously defend my clients' interests in court. I live in Burke, Virginia with my wife and daughter.

There was never a time Jason Zellman did not respond in a more than reasonable time. I would not recommended Jason to anyone. He won’t go into bat for you against major companies that are covering up sexual assault and will only get you a tiny sum for your abuse and trauma. He truly doesn’t care and it seemed like he was paid off to get a lesser payout. Dodgy
