I've been working with Jim Hart for a while now. He's been great. I've worked with other Lawyers before and I always felt like the only thing they cared about was billable hours. They would blow whatever smoke was necessary to get on my time sheet. Jim has never done that. He manages my expectations for whatever we are working on to give me a better idea of how to proceed. There are certain things in the past that I would have not pursued had I been given an honest assessment of the situation like Jim does. He's a good guy and I would recommend him to any of my colleagues.

Hired Attorney Robert F. Horan III

If anybody can help you with legal problems it will be Horan. I think he should be rated high than what he is.

Worst attorney ever. When the judge reprimanded him for being aggressive, he defended rather than apologize to judge. He yelled at me (client) about not answering the questions (if the judge or opponent does not object, Horan should not create issue). He did not keep track of the opponent's statements, so they were not rebutted and rest as fact. He refused to pursue discussion of older evidence, even as the opponent brought up stuff from a year ago. When she surprised us by accusing me of assault on our vacation, I should have asked for continuance so I could bring in my wife as witness that the assault had not happened. He failed to highlight inconsistencies in opponent's testimony. He failed to "bring home" my strong defense.
