Hired Attorney Steven Mark Frei

Our case just settled 3/15. We are happy that our representation was superior and exceeded our expectations. Steve took our case even though it was a week from the filing due date and while striaght-forward, it wasn't particularly big bucks. At trial, we got 30% more than the insurance co offered. They both showed excellent judgement as all of their recommendations were spot-on. At all times, they prepared and discussed our concerns thoroughly, keeping us well informed.

Hired Attorney Steven Mark Frei

Mr. Frei discarded my surgeon from being my expert witness without telling me. he then claimed that we needed to non-suit the case until
a new expert medical witness could be found. That was only to prevent him from appearing in court to be dismissed from the case as confirmed by his superior.{para}he lost files, refused to return files (a rule 16 violation) and
he was not ever prepared.{para}I do not recommend Steve Frei or his firm--Hall Sickels, Frei and Mims to personal injury clients.
