Frederic N. Ornitz is a law firm established in 1984 with an office in Fairfax, VA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing tax law, pensions, employee benefits and 3 other areas of law.
Mr. Onitz was very difficult to work with. He yelled at me twice, and became very flustered and irritated when I asked questions. My questions came from an article on the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys entitled: "Questions and Answers When Looking for an Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Attorney." Most concerning is that Mr. Ornitz was insistent that I had to sell my property at a loss. He was not willing to discuss his reasoning or any other options. I met with two other attorneys who answered all my questions and clarified that Mr. Ornitz's recommendation was not appropriate. I am working with one of those attorney's now and got all of my questions answered in the first consultation.
