Great team that works extremely well to execute complex cases. We had a very very complex case that they were able to resolve after many others told me it could not be done. This was a title related dispute in my real estate contract. the person selling me the property could not provide marketable title and was trying to blame ME for a default!!!! Im glad I had good representation

BEST LAWYER IN VIRGINIA FOR REAL ESTATE LITIGATION!! Mr. Moghul represented us wonderfully in our fight against a unscrupulous developer. Faisal is very quick to grasp issues and come up with fantastic and smart strategies during discovery. He won our claim at summary judgment, and he was very impressive at oral arguments. He is a true professional!!!
Fox & Moghul fees to my family seemed higher than competitors, who said estimated 1/3 of the cost My family told Fox & Moghul that we wanted to minimize costs/total money spent by us. They refused to provide estimated costs for each milestone in the case when we asked several times. No recommendation to mediate or send a settlement offer was made to us, though I believe it is normal that some offer is sent out in the case's beginning to initiate discussion between the sides. Depositions are a major cost and deposition appointment requests to the witnesses were sent out by Fox & Moghul without Fox & Moghul discussing this major cost with my family. When I asked them to pause work, Faisal responded "while I am happy to pause work, I am not sure if that will benefit us. If they are not defending vigorously, us slowing down will prolong this this litigation instead of killing it soon." I asked for what steps would be taken to stop the litigation and Faisal didn't provide defense steps.
would 100% not recommend this firm, everyone from the attorney to the paralegals are insanely unprofessional. They took over $14,000 from us and literally did nothing except get one motion overturned, then dropped us when we sent them a check in the mail and it was lost. They are more worried about money than they are about actually helping the client. Not to mention they are not transparent | paid $500 just to have a consultation with their main attorney Moghul and he assured me that this would be an easy process but it has been anything but that. They threaten to drop our case about a handful of times before they finally parted ways with us. They are predatory with their practices and suggest you look elsewhere for honest representation, I believe most of their reviews are fake. After posting this review I have both been texted and emailed with threats from them for taking down a legitimate review. They even wrote a fake review on my business page, this firm is childish at best
Having hired Fox & Moghul, I would NOT recommend using them. Their initial consultation fees are high, the attorney was so late to the consultation twice we needed to reschedule at the last minute both times, and when we did have the consultation, the attorney's dog was barking and interrupting the conversation a great deal. I then hired Fox & Moghul to negotiate a settlement in a real estate transaction which they did not do and still charged me $2,200 in fees despite not doing what I hired them for. Overall, this firm lacks the professionalism and integrity I would expect. Also, their billing practices are unbelievable. They sent me three months of invoices at once and paid themselves with the deposit I left despite not giving me an opportunity to review or approve the invoices. When I disputed the billing since the firm did not do what I asked, the attorney I hired confused me with another case and said they bill for time, not for value provided. I would steer clear of them.
