Hired Attorney

Demian has been a delight to work with while going through an unexpected divorce. He remembers our conversations and all the details that are crucial to making a winning case. He is compassionate and understanding, but can be firm when it comes to the law. He has a great sense of humor, something very necessary in a divorce. I hope to get to the friendship stage without billable hours.

Hired Attorney

It was obvious from our first conversation that he's a principled guy. Fairness and honesty were really important qualities for me in my representation. Custody and support issues can be ugly. His measured, but firm approach in negotiating my arrangement for my children led to victory for me, my girls and even my ex-wife in the end. Emotionally charged as the situation was, cooler heads prevailed and we walked away with exactly what I originally proposed after only an hour of negotiations.
