Hired Attorney David R. Mahdavi

Mr. Mahdavi secured my equity investment in a Virginia based LLC which principal business was a commercial piece of land. Mr. Mahdavi prepared all the documents in the sale of my shares in the LLC which served to be very helpful because the new owner (a) went into bankruptcy after I sold him the shares but before he had paid me, (b) a trustee was appointed, &(c) the state eminent domained the property. It was only because of Mr. Mahdavi's experience & strategy that enabled me to collect my money
