I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ms. Revesman on a medical collections issue for a bill I did not owe. She refused to look at any of my documentation and was one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. I consulted a lawyer who took my case pro bono. Ms. Revesman lied to my lawyer and when she was called out she dismissed the suit. Ms. Revesman makes a living suing people for medical bills, including elderly cataract patients and tries to intimidate them into paying outrageous legal feee on top of the actual bill. This is not a typical collections agency. I left the doctors office who used her services because I was so disgusted they were okay with their patients being subjected to this kind of treatment. If you think there is any chance your bill is not accurate you may want to seek a free/low cost consultation with a lawyer of your own.
The front desk assistant is NASTY. I never had anyone speak to me the way she did. I am appalled that the owner thinks this is acceptable. She kept yelling at me and spoke over me MULTIPLE times. She wouldn't let me get a SINGLE word in. I am shocked that Cynthia thinks this is acceptable.
This company is impossible to work with. If you can avoid doing business with them at all you should. The lawyers are not available to assist you and the front desk person (Becky) is an absolute nightmare. There were several occasions where I provided them documents that were contradictory to the information that they presented. They either completely discounted the information or tried to manipulate it to favor their position. Do not attempt to try and use logic and reason with this firm, they do not subscribe to these concepts. They also take a long time to contact you, understanding that interest is constantly being applied to the balance. There is an honorable and reasonable way to perform collection services but this company does not utilize those practices. I would strongly urge you not associate yourself, or your business with a company that would use ethically questionable methods to do business.
Terrible experience with this attorney. She is more interested in keeping up her social media status than running a competent law firm and company. She holds payments from deposit in order to drive up the interest on the account. Crooked, very crooked. The person who answers the phone for her is very nasty and unprofessional. She has no legitimate website. She only has a registered domain parked at Go Daddy. This is hiding something from the general public. Never ever answers emails.
