UPDATE MAY 2024: The saga continues. Now in the "success" phase. My extraordinary relationship with Ben Glass and several colleagues at his remarkable law firm has reached an apparent pinnacle. What began in the Fall of 2020 as my search for a Virginia-based law firm (to advise me regarding my options for responding to my employer's selected LTD insurance carrier's denial of my claim for disability benefits after open heart surgery related to cardiac vascular disease) has transited through Kubla-Ross like stages of education, affiliation, expectation-setting, litigation and now, after 3 fairly impressive Federal District Court opinions, CALCULATION of the court-ordered benefit amount, with interest! Ben Glass leads a team of remarkable attorneys, support professionals and administrative staff. Leaving aside their professional competence, which is absolute, they have been uniformly accessible, informative, unflinchingly helpful and friendly without being saccharine.
They have worked very hard to help me figure out if I have a case for my issues. His staff has been very professional and the web site has a ton of information that has been very helpful to me. I like the interactive chat and I got frustrated and closed the chat and they still researched and emailed me an answer.
