Andrew is one of the few lawyers that I have found who is genuinely compassionate about his clients. In my case, he went way above the call of duty. What he is remembered most for is the assistance he provided in saving my marriage rather than helping dismantle it. My experience as his client was ethical, moral, and responsive to client needs.
Andrew... was my attorney from 2008 through 2017. He is ethical, compassionate, intuitive and morally straight. What is best about him is his ability to educate his clients to where they can better advocate for them selves. With Andy I was successful in two custody proceedings, triumphed in a hearing regarding a protective order, and came out of a divorce with pretty good settlement. In fact his insistence on a court recorder has proven to be a long standing bonus ... in later proceedings when I was pro se. In fact with Andy being a shadow attorney for me while I was pro se in another state he helped me see things and navigate the civil courts from 3000 miles away to success. Male or Female you have a great attorney on your side as long as you stay straight with him and listen to him. Long term relationship’s as his client will pay dividends you cannot imagine.
Mr. Tank is dishonest and untrustworthy.{para}Mr. Tank made a decision not to present evidence that he was asked to provide to court in the hearing, refused to call witnesses, and willfully compromised the trial.{para}Mr. Tank then threatened to withdraw after sabotaging the trial, and then unilaterally withdrew his representation in the middle of the trial.
I had him for a custody case several years ago and he knew my husband's lawyer--he basically blamed me for all of the issues that happened. He was definitely too friendly with my husband's lawyer -- I was desperate to find a lawyer because I called so many lawyers and no one was available except for him. He was nice, but definitely not aggressive and experienced for complicated or high conflict cases.
This lawyer did not act correctly in my divorce case, he made me leave the office when he was talking to my husband's lawyer, I did not benefit, on the contrary I lost what was due to me, such as the division of my house, I do not recommend him , he did not defend me as he should have.
