Founded in 1992, Robert A. Sparks assists with numerous legal challenges, including Personal Injury issues. From our office in Fairbanks, the firm's attorneys deliver exceptional counsel and service to Fairbanks North Star County clients.
I have used Mr. Spark several times relating to Tenant problems and transferring property Deeds. He was competent in both cases and has gone out of his way to alert me to possible issues relating to my property in Fairbanks.
This firm could not represent me in my case because I could not pay.
Out of nowhere, I found out I was being sued by Robert Sparks’ office for a funeral bill I was already working on paying off with my PFD. Tracking down his office was extremely frustrating — it’s in a run-down building, and it took over seven phone calls and multiple emails before I finally got a response and was able to speak to someone. I even had to go to another legal organization just to understand the letter he sent I can acknowledge that he might get the job done for what he does, but the complete lack of responsiveness, compassion, and care was incredibly difficult to deal with. Especially for someone in the early stages of grief, this type of unprofessional and unkind treatment feels inexcusable. No one should have to go through that on top of everything else
In addition to the attempt to contact Mr. Sparks on this site, I also filled out a questionaire asking for a consultation on his website. I also left 2 voicemails at his office. I even spoke to a woman in his office once, and she said "someone will contact you, tomorrow, for more information. If you don't hear anything, feel free to call us back." I still have not heard from them, even though I did call back and leave another voicemail.
