I am not exaggerating when I say that Joe's support from the start and to the present moment was as though Superman had swopped down from the sky to defend and rescue me. I am an electrical contractor with many employees. I have MULTIPLE situations I can relay in this review but it's too many to type out. To keep it simple: Rose law has been PHENOMENAL. They cover anything related to employee discussions, handbook details, contracts, labor law (reimbursements, milage, travel, minimum wage discussions for to contractors etc.), laws regarding contract obligations for homeowners or businesses, lien information, and SO MUCH more. If I have a question I can text or call and I have a response very quickly. They are so thorough and ensure that they put your business interests first. They are not out to chase money and ensure that they explain the financial pros and cons to each scenario. They make sure that you are aware of your costs if you decide to write a demand letter, receive a letter from the state, want to potentially file suit against someone, etc. etc. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. You will not regret deciding to move forward with him!

Thanks to Joe I was able to save my license, and he not only put in the work, but he demonstrated to me he cares about his clients which is important. Joe is trust worthy, and I would def recommend him!

Joe was the best. From the moment I initially consulted him, he was understanding and was able to talk me through the entire process before I even committed to hiring him. Once we were under contract, I was able to get in touch with him easily through his online portal (awesome and easy way to keep track of all documents, meetings and hearings) and any phone calls I requested were generally returned within an hour or two. If I even need to consult in the future Mr. Rose will be my first choice. His years in public service allow him to understand some of the issues, without explanation and truly make him a top professional in this type of law. Outstanding representation all around.
