Wayne P. Doane is a law firm with an office in Exeter, ME. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing trial practice, appellate practice, workers' compensation and 2 other areas of law.
He is a horrible attorney. I did more for the case than he ever did. Things he was supposed to do that never got done a year later and i had to do on my own. Je doesn't represent you. He is payed to do whatever the state wants. He wont do anything you ask and will just waste your time and money. He is definitely a waste of money if you want to win your case. But if you want to have someone that says they are going to do this and that but then they leave you high and dry he is definitely your guy! He also uses vulgar language which is very unprofessional calling my daughter’s father a pos. Who does that as a laywer.
Mr Wayne P. Doane, proved himself to be dishonest and seriously lacking in integrity. I do not recommend him as a GAL or for any other legal matters under any circumstances! His actions and decisions demonstrated a serious lack of understanding for the value of family, children and parents. From our experiences we learned never to trust him. For the sake of your children, be sure to do your own due diligence. May I encourage you never to take a risk with Mr Wayne P. Doane. The suffering and damage to our family have been irreparable!!
Wayne Doane is an unscrupulous liar. He lied to judicial conduct committee about judge Budds violating multiple laws on one of my court dates. He out and out lied through his teethe to protect judge budd at a 5 yr old boys expense. He lied about not having grounds to file appeal. My case is going to supreme court in DC. My attorneys there are top in their field. These guys play in the big leagues and they advised me to fire Wayne Doane . That should pretty much tell you everything right there . He has very much caused damage to my son's childhood with his underhanded practices. In any case if you want someone who will look you dead in the eye and lie to your face then Wayne is your man.
Wayne as a GAL is not recommended. Biased towards mothers, lazy, two faced, unprofessional, not a good lawyer to represent what is best for the kids. Look elsewhere for a GAL.
