My late husband and I were very satisfied with Mr. Hyde's service. His staff were very helpful and endearing over the five years we were involved in Ch 13. He helped us save our house, cars and lifestyle. I would highly recommend using the services of Tom Hyde and have done so on many occasions to friends and family.
Although not the easiest to reach on the phone, I felt that Mr. Hyde performed the necessary tasks well. I didn't appreciate the added fees but felt that I didn't have any options at the time. For example, there was an additional fee when my car was repo'd and he needed to update the paperwork. When I couldn't afford to pay for him to file in the month he wanted to file, he added an additional extension fee onto the filing charges which was hard to pay at the time.
Found him to be a real bargain. No frills. Referred by my brother who had used him in the past. I was satisfied with his work and his staff was really nice. Didn't like having to pay more for this service from another lawyer we met. We used Tom and were happy we did.
I would not recommend Tom if you were looking for someone to be available for your questions, or to lead you in what is coming & what to expect. However he did get the job done!
