Mr. Mallory helped me out with two separate cases, and he did a great job both times. While there were a couple of times that I wshed he had been a bit more aggressive in promoting my interests, he quickly adjusted when asked to pursue this or that avenue a bit more contentiously. He represented me in my divorce, and he was able to convince the judge to allow me to pay child support directly to the mother, rather than to the Syst Deportment of Health and Human Services. That instantly gave my children a 10% raise, because that is how much the State of Washington skims off the top of all child support payments they handle. The second time I retained Michael resulted in our losing the case, which led to my declaring bankruptcy. In the process of doing that, I stiffed him about a thousand dollars, and I'm conflicted about whether to repay him now that my situation has improved!! I've got it if he wants it!! I am not posting this under my actual name.
Attorney provided poor advise on dealing with the financial aspect of the divorce. Attorney did not advise on all types of assets that could have been divided. Attorney did not believe me when I advised him of the defendant's actions. Attorney did not respond to e mails and did not follow through on his own advise about dividing pension plan.
