I had Robert on my family law case for 1 1/2 years. It was an uphill battle the whole way just to get to visit with my daughter. For the first eight months Robert guided me through the legal mine field to a parenting plan. After the parenting plan things took a turn for the worse and my ex kept me from my child. We had my ex against the wall and was about to deliver the punch when Robert walked away. No Explanation or reason was given he just quit. Disappointed in him is an understatement. He was more interested in seeing Facebook photos of my wife than winning my case. He tells nonstop Navy stories and charged me $350 an hour. Once my $11,000 retainer was exhausted he withdrew from my case. Avoid this lawyer.
He always answered my calls, really built me up with confidence about my case in the beginning but then changed all his opinions once my husband hired a well known firm. All of the sudden my case was gonna be uphill battle. After spending way too much money I have changed attorneys but now need to fix the mistakes he made. Incredibly dissatisfied with services. A mediation to sort out a summer schedule was drawn out to be SIX LONG HOURS! Phone conversations that should have taken 10-15 min lasted 45 min to an hour because he told stories of how things were years ago, previous cases, explained things I already knew, chit chat that had nothing to do with the case. Then to be "nice" he would knock 10 min off the bill. I spent over $6000 to mediate 9 weeks of summer. This guy milks clients for everything he can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
