It was apparent quickly that Mr. Nesmith is highly intelligent, extremely well versed, personable, and at times humorous. His professionalism made the service he provided, easy to understand and his fees were very reasonable. I have already referred other friends and family to his office and will continue to do so.

Mr. Nesmith was very thorough and very understanding to my personal situation. His advice was very good, and offered options to me when they were available. He was compassionate when he needed to be while maintaining a level of integrity, and offered a third eye opinion of my situation. I would highly recommend him. He helped me get out of my financial stranglehold in a very legal way.

William Nesmith is a huge reason I lost custody of my son. He lost a case in which the other party (father) was in AA, without a job, and had a long record of arrests. He failed to request a change of venue or judge when he recognized bias and when his client lost custody and appealed, he missed the appellate deadline. HORRIBLE ATTORNEY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
